I create varied workouts that are not only physically challenging, but also revitalise the mind and strengthen the connection to nature.

From my point of view, it doesn't matter whether my clients are young or older when it comes to helping them achieve their fitness goals and improve their quality of life. Equal treatment is a central part of the way I work.

Trial lesson

A trial lesson costs 45 euros and will be charged when you sign the contract.

  • A trial session is a great way to take the first step on the road to a healthier and fitter lifestyle. It offers the opportunity to familiarise yourself with my services, assess your fitness level and set individual goals.
  • The trial lesson begins with a personal consultation, during which I will discuss your health history, fitness goals and any limitations with you. This exchange is crucial in order to create a tailor-made training programme that meets your needs and wishes.
  • The medical history is usually followed by a physical assessment, which can include various aspects such as body composition, strength, endurance and flexibility. This assessment serves as a starting point to determine your current fitness level and to see which areas need to be worked on.
  • Based on the results of the assessment, we will work together to develop a tailored training programme that takes your individual goals into account. This programme can include a variety of exercises, including strength training, endurance training, flexibility exercises and functional training.
  • During the trial lesson, I will guide you through the various exercises and ensure that they are performed correctly. I will also give you instructions on breathing, posture and technique to prevent injuries and maximise the effectiveness of the training.
